This Seamen course is for mariners at the entry-level position. It provides you with the knowledge, understanding and proficiency to work safely and efficiently aboard today’s on Offshore/Merchant vessels.
The course is designed for Junior Officers who has freshly obtain his II-mate certificate of commpitence and is to join his first ship as a certificated officer. This course imparts knowledge on the safety and operational aspects working as a mate.
The aim of this course is to ensure that on complation of training the participant will be better prepared to undertake the duties of a Officer on board the vessel and enables him to translate the knowledge gained throught his CoC examination into practical working skills to be applied in day to day operations on board the ship.
